  Today I received no friendly service at all. I dropped off two packages and picked up one. There was a woman in front of me who took her time and was extensively helped with ordering balloons. In the meantime, there was a whole line of people waiting. When it was finally my turn (I had been in line for at least 10 to 15 minutes), I apparently had to have the mail scanned for the package I was picking up. The first time I had to do this anywhere. Anyway, I couldn't find it that quickly and had to search for a while. The gentleman thought that was a reason to react irritated and make derogatory remarks in front of me and said to the next customer who had it at hand 'this one is really fast' and let others go first. When I indicated that I should have waited my turn too, I was also told that it wasn't his problem that I didn't have the mail at hand right away. Then you shouldn't take so long for customers and then react unprofessionally to someone who can't conjure up the mail quickly enough to your liking, because a line has formed! Again, as I also clearly indicated in the store, NOT NEAT! That line was not MY problem either. Just stop with packages and focus on your party store. Picking up or dropping off a package quickly is often not possible due to long orders for balloons etc.
