  I politely requested to receive a service that had already been paid for, yet one of the employees refused to help me and came up with irrelevant excuses. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, and I hope I never have to come back here.

  "You either love it or you hate it," I'd almost say. I'm relatively familiar with the SoLow concept. Probably over 90% of it comes from China, and many local (I hope not children) hands are involved in the production of these thousands of products. Of course, I can't verify that, and I don't need to. I can, however, be amazed. Amazed by the endless supply of crazy and insane things you normally don't need at all... until you do! Then you've come to the right place. Party? Need some streamers? Look no further than this. Need a surprise for Christmas or Sinterklaas? Come on in! Embarrass your boyfriend with an erotic gift? We've got that too. In abundance, even. But craft enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. Or parents of small children who want to enjoy some creative fun with mom or dad or with friends can find fantastic materials here for just a few cents. The problem with SoLow, of course, is the sheer volume. It's overwhelming. You walk and walk, but your brain can't process it all. Too much input, so to speak. Oh well... I'll just have to go back in next time. I can't fault the staff when we were there, by the way. It was accurate from what I heard, as I also used the self-checkout.

  Sad case! Humiliating young girls!!! Very mature if you treat your staff like this! I say boycott such shops that only think of themselves.

  A few days ago I was in the Solow store in Helmond. The two ladies behind the counter were suspicious of a few light-skinned young men in the store. They discussed this while there was a line of people paying for items. I was second in this row. The ladies decided that one of them would stand in the store with these young men to keep an eye on them. The lady behind the cash register felt it necessary to explain to those waiting that she immediately noticed when someone could not be trusted. I'm not happy with this. But, I was also so stunned that I didn't say anything at that moment. This is my second unpleasant experience with the staff of this store in Helmond in a short time. I understand that the prices are low, and that is possible because the staff is probably cheap. But in my experience this is really not possible. I've been dealing with this for a few days now and I find it annoying that I didn't open my mouth immediately. I will hereby let you know.
