  Moderate customer service. When you buy something everyone is exuberantly nice. But if you are looking, there is no one who will offer to help. Too busy talking about Sunday cars and drinking coffee with other customers/acquaintances. It also very much depends on who is in the store. Preferably done with young employees. Sincerity is still there.

  The leading fashion store in the center of Helmond for decades, all top brands under one roof in an attractive store. For regular customers there is coffee, a friendly greeting and a chat. If you are not a regular customer, unfortunately you will not be spared a glance by the management and your expensive purchases will be carelessly thrown down on the counter in front of you, without even greeting you.

  Not a nice store, as soon as you enter, a staff member is immediately there with you, you don't get the chance to look around yourself. And then you say what you are looking for and everything is pulled from the rack except what you asked for.

  I suddenly felt itchy the other day when I walked into this store. You are greeted too enthusiastically (= fake) upon entering. (A saleswoman with gray, short, curly hair). But when I didn't buy anything she was curt. Then you really make yourself known.

  Although I have not lived in the area for some time, I still try to get my jeans (Jacob Cohen) and Italian shirts from Sjoerd and team. Great company with a high level of service.
