  Beware, beware, beware, don't go. It's not a hotel. This place is very disgusting. Except for the reception staff, they are nice and work kindly. 1. It was a very disastrous week for me. The first day I found someone smoking drugs in the room. The smell was disgusting. I went to reception and told them to change my room. They said there were no free rooms. It's like a university campus, not a hotel. On the second day, a girl entered the room, and we were three boys. How could this girl sleep among three boys? The girl was nervous the whole time. As for the third day, it was a disaster. An African man ate in bed while we were sleeping. In the morning, he washed his clothes in the bathroom and put them in the window. A disaster in every sense of the word. Two clean people entered the room early in the morning. They didn't even knock on the door while we were sleeping. They talked very loudly. They didn't change my mattress for a week. 3. The bathroom is a disaster. There's a foul smell inside the room. When someone enters the bathroom, you can hear everything clearly. The water is leaking. There's no towel, and the hair dryer doesn't work... 4. The room is a disaster. It's only two meters and there are four people in it. You can't move. Everything is made of iron. When you touch something, it makes a lot of noise. 5. The location is a disaster. There's a lot of work on the street and the hotel. They work every morning. There's noise and beggars. It's not safe. 6. I didn't want to miss my trip. I would leave early in the morning and come back until midnight. 7. Advice: Don't Go to this place it will be the worst experience

  The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Antwerp and close to an underground parking lot. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. They even serve some free snacks and drinks in the afternoon, which was a nice extra. I also forgot my e-reader in the room which they sent to the Netherlands without any hassle. Would definitely recommend.

  Cosy hotel with a welcoming happy hour event. It's ideal for short stays as there is no wardrobe in the bedroom (at least not in standard rooms). It's nice to stay in this hotel if visiting the city centre in the evening as it's a short walking trip and they're good restaurants in the surrounding area.

  Really modern and stylish hotel. We were greeted with cava after we checked in. The rooms have a studio loft feel to it, which was cool. The evening apertivo was a nice amenity. They had Jupiler beer, white wine, red wine, rose wine, and a cava. There were also all sorts of tapas, at least 12 varieties! We came back late to the hotel after a show at the Queen Elisabeth Hall and grabbed some take out on the way back. The night shift agent let us pick the music as we ate in the restaurant area. A++ for customer service! When we come back to Antwerp, we'd definitely stay here again 🏨🛏️

  The only good thing about this place is the location. The room was not clean, the walls are paper thin and I kept waking up from other people’s alarm. It seemed like the ventilation of the kitchen went straight into our room. The toilet offers no privacy and was too cramped. The toilet paper holder was pushed into my arm and was way too tall. The cherry on top was when the power was off for hours and we were not offered an apology or compensation.
