  Well appointed Hotel in a great location. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety. Delicious. The rooms were large by European standards and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Only a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. Had a lovely stay.

  Staying at this hotel as a solo traveler was such a lovely experience. From helping me book taxis to recommending the best places to visit, the staff were so kind and thoughtful, and really made me feel at home. The location is perfect , close to everything yet calm and my room was spotless and comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to Nayrouz, Jessica, Francesca, Michael, and the rest of the wonderful team at the hotel for making my stay so special. I felt safe, welcomed, and truly cared for throughout my time there. I left with such good memories and can’t wait to come back. Grazie mille!

  Stayed here 3 nights as part of our Rome tour. Very nice rooms. Great staff. Highly recommend.

  Stayed here 6/2019 beautiful hotel from the outside. Inside needs a much remodel. Room was small decent cleaned. No iron provided unless you request one 🤷🏻‍♀️. Staff didn’t need much from them so can’t say much about the staff. Hotel located close to everything that was a big plus 😊 Restaurant outside the hotel was amazing great food and wine. Italy was amazing and I can’t wait to visit again (Italy that is) hotel would probably try a different hotel.

  Although well located, this hotel was a very bad experience. They have a policy of providing NO air conditioning after 6 pm (essentially when you are in the room), the cleaning staff is terrible, they did not pick up and the laundry that I tried to bring to the front desk but was told to leave in the room in a bag labeled "laundry", which was left on the unmade bed, the bar is permanently closed. The staff is rude and uncommunicative. I will say the bed was comfortable though.
