  Love the quirkiness of the hotel. Nice clean rooms. Easy to get extra pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tubs and saunas on roof. Nice restaurant and quickeat bar reasonably priced. Wish there was a little workout room, as room space is tight, where we could do our yoga - one day crashed a conference workspace another did the hot tub roof. On a major metro stop although a short trip to major sites. Street side room heard a lot of ambulances at night.

  Really enjoyed our stay at the Volkshotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The ground floor workspace and coffeeshop had wonderful amenities and character. The rooftop hot tubs and sauna were delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and the nearby metro access was choice.Overall great vibes at this place. Highly recommend!

  I booked cabin room so I wasnt expecting luxury but I was a little disappointed in the shared amenities esp the quality of the tissues provided and my room was super cold the whole time seems like thermostat was broken. Breakfast is also quite small for 16 euros although the venue is super cool and artsy with nice city views. HOWEVER I had one amazing experience doing sauna and watching the sunset in the rooftop hot tub that was a unique experience for sure.

  I’ve stayed here twice now and really love it. People at reception are super friendly and helpful, food is decent. The free sauna and hot tub is a great way to start the day. It’s usually empty early in the morning (it is open to the public on a Sunday though). I’ve stayed in both the cabin room and an XS and both were great value for the price considering the location. There’s also an AH 1min walk away for groceries and snacks!

  Super friendly people in an open atmosphere. Don't expect your regular hotel experience, expect something more, something different. Small, functional rooms. A lot of communal space, a great restaurant with a fantastic view. Bring a swimming trunk.
