  We had a wonderful two-night stay at Fletcher Hotel Oud London. The service was excellent—when I realized I had forgotten my contact lens case and fluid, one of the hosts kindly offered me his spare set, which helped me a lot. While the hotel doesn’t provide lens amenities, this personal gesture really stood out. We enjoyed the facilities, especially the sauna and swimming pool. However, it would have been more convenient if towels were available there instead of having to bring them from our room.

  Nice hotel. The separate toilet was on the small side but the rooms were big. You are not allowed to bring outside food into the hotel.

  The hotel restaurant is simply superb. My wife ordered a whole Tarbot fish with Beurre Noisette sauce. I ordered the Venison steak medium rare. Both were very nicely cooked and presented. We ended the meal with coffee and a desserts parade chef’s choice. As you can see it has a medley of 6 different desserts all freshly made and absolutely the best desserts we had sampled ever! Five starts and thumbs up!

  Nice to be back at Oud London, since our engagement party. in 1966. Had a great family-reunion at the terrace on Sunday. We liked the fact that guests could make their own choice from the menu and weren't forced to choose from a 3-course one. Service by Rene was great during the 5-hour event. Rooms are spacious.No noise from adjacent rooms. Bedding is good. Enjoyed coffee-maker.We missed a little room-fridge. Bathroom is good size, although not luxurious. No other amenities besides soap and tissues. On the whole a positive stay. Location is excellent.
