An amazing culinary experience. Carefully chosen ingredients, which when put together gave a splendid balanced taste and perfect service given by very friendly staff. Our daughter was even spoiled with an offered delicious salmon plate . The deserts were also simply fabulous. We’ll definitely come back.

A great find near Spa, Michelin star quality, be prepared to make an evening of the dinner experience with a calm atmosphere, there are few tables so advised to book. To start: The dinner opened with a Courgette and cucumber gazpacho with a drizzle of basil oil and crispy toppings Then the Crispy Baked Smokey Brioche on an aromatic straw nest appeared, ready to be pulled apart and smeared with cream and herbs… Followed by the Pan roasted, Tomatoes with feta and truffled topping on a crispy shell The first starter was the Mussel starter with pickled base, currents soaked in red wine with pickled onion strips and fresh citrus vinaigrette base, refreshing and rich with a crispy top and nasturtium petals, allot going on but the flavours complement each other resulting in a summery rich starter with texture. Then the Pan fried crispy bream with juicy beans and purée with a vinaigrette base, perfectly balanced with the right textures for a great starter Followed by the Pigeon ravioli with kimchi and a vinaigrette foam, for me I could have skipped this dish but I’m sure some would love the flavour, The main event was the Roasted perfectly pan fried duck, succulently prepared with glazed baby carrots and beetroot purée accompanied with chopped beetroot and BBQ jus, this is the main accompanied with the three starters The Desert reminded me of a lemon meringue pie but so much better with cream cheese and sliced fruit with basil over the cream cheese gems of apricot and lemon base, the crumble is on the top! The coffee was not too acidic and well balanced with three sweets, slices of crispy waffle with raspberry preserve and chocolate praline, the channelle were crispy and tasty. Recommended if you value quality food and have time to relax whilst enjoying the meal,
