    Had a really great stay at R Hotel Experiences. The room was clean, comfy, and just what I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with tips. Breakfast had plenty of good options too. Plus, the location is really convenient. Definitely would stay again!

    As many others have mentioned, the hotel is quite dirty. The rooms and spa are not well-maintained and feel rather run-down. I also wouldn’t recommend the massage—it was not enjoyable at all. The location is quite good though.

    Nice hotel but with a few points of interest… Staff is just very nice and speaks very well English. The room was clean on the first sight but in the caulk was mold….. and the floor was sticky. Breakfast is very nice and delicious! Wellness: Pool is great! Jacuzzi is great! Sauna as well! But the steam room was completely out of maintenance. 3/4 of the tiles where missing or on the ground……. Parking space enough! Gym is also very diverse, but it’s a bit of a bummer that it’s all shared with normal people of the town that has a membership for the gym.

    Very disappointing experience. We booked two twin rooms (4 beds) as we are travelling with colleagues. We got to the hotel and checked in, at no point were we told that the twin beds we booked were unavailable. Instead the booked us into 2 double rooms. Given that we were 4 guys (2 of which we just met this day) this was not appropriate. When we spoke to the reception they said all they could do was charge us for 2 extra family rooms, almost tripling the cost of what we booked. At this point it was 11 pm and options were limited for us. We proposed they split the beds in the rooms or even would accept camp beds, but they refused and insisted on us paying for 2 more family rooms. Given that they had availability and it was 11pm, it’s my opinion that they could have offered us a free upgrade to the family rooms. We very clearly booked 4 beds and the website is still showing 4 beds available to book, but they failed to solved the problem. Extremely poor service and a very frustrating experience given the circumstances. The lady on the front desk was outright rude, If i owned the hotel Id make sure she wasn't customer facing. Fortunately, the manager (who seemed absolutely lovely) stepped in and solved the issue by remaking the double beds as 2 twins. Perfect and an easy solve. This process spoiled what otherwise would have been a nice experience in a nice hotel.

    We came over for a day and felt like it’s the place we’d come for a week. It’s well located, convenient to get here by car from Luxembourg. Big parking, easy enough to find a spot. Small, but well equipped SPA, all facilities are new and well maintained. Superior gym with machines and cool group classes. Massages and treatments available for extra charge.
