  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. I especially want to mention Sharon from the restaurant – she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. Her service really stood out and added a personal touch to my experience. Highly recommended!

  The hotel is really nice but Last night we went in the sky bar but what a delusion! In the bar, almost empty and with really cold atmosphere, the bartender Niels was really rude. We enter and we didn’t get an ‘hello/good evening or welcome’! and he didn’t totally take care of us. His service was orribile! He’s not a good figure to put behind a bar especially in a such chic place. So we left immediately, also because the bar , that at first impression can looks nice , is off, without harmony and no good vibes. It's a shame to see a place like that reduced to those conditions. Never back again.

  This is a lovely hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness centre and pool have decent opening hours (I think 5am-10pm). Location is handy if you have a car, and not too far from a bus stop. Accessibility notes: the accessible room is good inside but the door to the room is large, heavy, and swings shut on you, making it a nightmare for wheelchair users. I injured myself trying to hold it open to get out.

  We stayed here because we had good experiences with another hotel of the same chain -- mainly for the breakfast. We weren't disappointed. The breakfast exceeds normal hotel standards by a long margin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The entire premises are extremely clean and well kept. VdV makes a point of having their hotels next to highway intersections; they are experts in soundproof windows, though. Lelystad as a town was a bit of a disappointment, but that's certainly not the hotel's fault. I highly reccommend the place to anyone who wants to top a night in the Netherlands with that extra cherry on the cream.

  This hotel is a new build, or at least it looks like it! We had a family suite with our two kids. People at the front desk were friendly and helpful at check-in. We were a bit early so the room was not yet ready. We were offered acces to the wellness and a bagage drop. Very nice. The pool was nice and warm and there was a sauna and steamroom. Also they have a Snowroom; really cool!! The room itself was just perfect; clean, spacious and offered a large and comfy bed. For the kids there was a special room with bunk beds, a slide, starlight roof in the ceiling and a Lego desk. We had drinks in the Skybar at the 16th floor. Very nice and kind staff. Often people can add or detract from an experience. In this case we were lucky with Emmy! We had dinner in the restaurant. There was a play area for the kids so that worked out really well. We were served by Emmy, that really made a huge difference! She was so cool with the kids! Talking to them and even taking our daughter with her to the kitchen to get some extra bread. As parants those little things really made our stay a special one! Thanks Emmy for your kind attention to us and especially the kids! Wish we could have stayed an extra night!!
