The worst company in the Netherlands. Incompetent, inept and negligent. They cannot make a package go from point A to point B without creating more problems in the process.

Such a bad experience from the start. Emails to them bounced back, no tracking provided and then it transpired they didn’t complete forms properly so my item was sent back to sender. Very very poor communication and service.

This is the worst company in Netherlands. I order flowers for mother's Day and they didn't bring them.I write to them,I call them and I get only answer from JBM Koeriers : "There is some delay in some shipments.It was very busy last night.Sorry it is out of our hands.".
