  Beautiful location to stay at! We were here for Pinkpop, the location is awesome and is a great price. The staff is very hard to get a hold of if you need something though.

  We were only in town one night but the property far exceeded our expectations. They had a breakfast as an add on that had hot items and a wide variety of options. Room was perfect for our family and clean with easy access by elevator. We would gladly stay at the property again next time in town.

  We had an amazing weekend staying in the hotel. The room was small but cozy, with it's own bathroom. It was facing the courtyard, giving us a nice view of the castle. Breakfast was served with fresh fruits and a diverse variaties of cheese and breads. Surroundings are ideal for small walks. Bonus: pet friendly!

  Unserious and disappointing ! I have been waiting for a refund for an overnight stay for 4 weeks now. My mother and I stayed in the hotel during the night of 23-24 July and checked out at 10.30 a.m. on 24 August. However, we were charged for two nights in the amount of 247€. I have already called the hotel several times and received confirmation from both the employee and the hotel Manager that the refund will be made promptly. A few mails and calls later = nothing happened. This is an absolutely unserious way of dealing with its guests and very disappointing! I will continue to report whether I have received my money back or not.

  Spent the week there in a family room for four. Upon arrival our shower was without a working shower head (picture attached) and we are uncertain as to how they would presume the room to be ready for new guests with the shower head literally detached hanging on the side of the shower. It was fixed the next day but we were required to shower in the room next door which was a bit awkward and there was no compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience. The rooms were also not well equipped, no hairdryers, miniature fridge or microwave in case you wanted to keep any snacks on hand. Actually there was no microwave in the entire hotel - we asked (not even in the restaurant?!!). The restaurant option was very limited at an expensive price for both breakfast and dinner. On the bright side it is a lovely location and building itself.
