Nice hotel, but only on street parking, and meals at the Cafe a few hundred meters away.

Nicely decorated room. Very clean, good rain shower and nice lighting. The room also has a Nespresso machine. We traveled there by eBike. The owner allowed us to store the bikes in the hallway, which seemed a safe spot since few people have access. Breakfast was quite simple. We missed for example vegan butter and honey. Coffee sits in cans and quite some things, like the whole-wheat bread had run out. The waitress was very friendly but I have the impression they were short on staff. Overall I would still recommend this place. Amerongen is a very pittoreske small town with quite some history and beautiful countryside surrounding it.
