  Totally unreliable! I made an appointment with them the day before I had to go to a hospital for an important appointment. Then, the driver called me 5 minutes after the agreed pick-up time to ask if I still needed a taxi, because he could pick me up in 30-40 minutes. TERRIBLE! The audacity to even ask this after not showing up... When I called them to find out what happened, they transferred my call to some "control" department, where of course nobody picked up the phone, and the connection was cut off after a few minutes of waiting. So unreliable! I thought I could rely on the taxi, especially after making an appointment a day earlier, since I had to go somewhere important where I couldn't afford to be late. But apparently, this is not the case.

  Making a reservation means nothing. Booked a taxi well in advance which did not show up. Called RTC and was told that it was busy and they could not guarantee someone would come in the next 30min, meaning missing my flight. Had to take my car to spent around 120 euros on parking. Experience before was good but this makes them super unreliable
