  Despite online reservation and confirmation by phone on the day of travel, the taxi simply didn’t show up for our transport to the airport. Company stopped answering the phone when we tried to contact them. Do not recommend.

  Everything was just great. It's easy to book and pay online, then you receive an email confirmation and a dedicate contact just in case.On top, car was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

  highly unreliable!!!!! I ordered a taxi between a hospital and UMC Utrecht we are doing IVF, and has to be on time. They didn’t come at all. I called them like crazy before I ordered them to let them know I will be 5-7 minutes later. Not a single reaction....I have the taxi online reserved and got an email from the company. How about this???

  I lost my phone in one of their taxis and they found it and came to my house to return it back to me. The taxi driver was great, he came to pick us very quickly and he was very polite I super recommended it!!!

  The driver is also attentive, helps with lifting suitcases, keeps the door open, etc. We have had a great ride and would definitely recommend this company!
