  Westfield Mall is my favorite place to shop, dine, and relax—conveniently located just steps away from home. It has everything you need, from top fashion brands and electronics to grocery stores and great dining options. One of the biggest perks is the free parking, making it easy to visit anytime without worrying about extra costs. The mall is always clean and well-maintained, especially the restrooms. Unlike many other shopping centers, Westfield offers special toilets for kids and families with babies, plus a nursery room, which is a fantastic addition for parents. This thoughtful detail makes shopping here much more convenient for families. However, I’d recommend avoiding it during holiday seasons and weekends if you don’t like crowds. It can get very busy, and finding a quiet spot becomes a challenge. But if you visit on weekdays, it’s a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, Westfield Mall is a fantastic shopping destination with great amenities, a wide selection of stores, and a clean, family-friendly environment. Highly recommended—just plan your visit wisely to avoid the rush!

  Excellent mall, so many shops and places to eat that cater for all. The tram stopped right outside which was great. Good to find an English bookstore to stock up on some reading material.

  frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the outrageous situation at your shopping center’s parking lot today. We have been stuck here for over three hours, unable to exit due to an enormous traffic jam. The entire parking area is in total chaos — vehicles are blocking each other, and many drivers are ignoring basic traffic rules in a desperate attempt to get out. There appears to be no staff, no guidance, and absolutely no traffic management in place to handle the situation. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is this an appalling experience for customers, but it also creates a serious safety hazard. There are children, elderly people, and others stuck in cars with no way to move. Some people are visibly distressed. A facility of your scale should have proper procedures and personnel to manage traffic, especially during busy hours. The lack of organization and responsibility displayed today is shocking. I demand an explanation and urge you to take immediate action to prevent this from happening again. Your customers deserve much better.
