  Unfortunately, I had a less pleasant experience with telephone customer service. The receptionist was not helpful and showed little willingness to think along. This was disappointing and not what I expected from the service.

  The bank has a very big thumb when it comes to getting their way. The height of unfriendliness. 2023 They don't value customers. For example, agreements aren't honored. Agreements made in 2017 aren't kept or implemented to their advantage. As a customer, I'm there to see what happens. This year, 2023, I tried to see if the bank could improve. Unfortunately, they still aren't honoring their agreements. Automating is a crying shame. My advice is not to provide them with asset management. What are they good at, ripping off customers? Uh oh.
