  Very ignorant service man. Walked in, asked about the price. Service provider made a few ignorant comments and said “Oh if it’s a price thing we can’t help you. You can go elsewhere”. We walked out going to look elsewhere.

  Quick service to rent an OV-fiets or just to park your bicycle in the garage for a few days. It can get super busy on weekends though, so don't hesitate to visit the other OV-fiets rental point on the East side of Centraal station!

  The new bike parking lot has been quite successful. I was able to get ov-fiets quickly from here.

  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They didn't speak English and yelled at me in Dutch to do stuff that I wasn't obviously understanding. They aggressively refused to give me the bike because "I was not understanding" and they refused to even speak a basic English because "we are not in England". Pretty sure it was the worst and most ridiculous customer service experience I had in the Netherlands.

  The personnel working there needs to treat customers as people and not as objects. The rudeness I faced after being a stable customer for years is unbelievable. You can't give orders to customers, but you ask politely. I'll never come again and I will suggest to everybody to go to the other fietsen place on the other side of the station, where they can actually find polite people.
