Overall amnesties and quality are great. Clean room, bathroom well equiped, kettle and selection of coffee + tee. Gym available as well and a hearty enough breakfast. Parking available (on cost). Prepared reception and easy checkin. Why the 2 stars then? I find it incredible that in 2025 there is a hotel designed with no control over the room temp. There is no AC locally in the room but a hotel wide clima. Our room was always between 19° and max 20.7°. Never have I ever needed to stay rolled in a blanket during the night in the middle of the summer. My car AC is standardly set on 23° all year round. You could feel the wind/current in your head all night. Woke up with cold nose and hands, had to take a warm shower to heat up. Maybe some people enjoy this, but its not standard. Called the reception, unfortunately it cannot be stopped nor changed. There is a room thermostat that you can set +- 3° which does not work, set it up to +3 and in 4 hours the temp changed from 20.3° to 20.7°. Needless to say, it was way too cold for comfort. So be aware of that before going in.

Clean spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. Actual latches to lock your door from inside, I prefer that to digital locks. I would advise you to bring earplugs, if you're a light sleeper. I wish all hotels I visit for work were like this.

Found this hotel on a booking site, was about to book but had some questions so called the hotel directly. Spoke with a lovely lady (sorry not sure of het name) who answered all my questions and informed that l could book over the phone, which l did. This turned out to be cheaper than the cheapest site l had found on the internet. The booking process went smoothly and within a couple of minutes l received a confirmation email. On arrival, we received a very warm & friendly reception by Merel. Before getting down to the administration part, Merel took a genuine interest in us as clients asking questions such as, have we been here before, are we familiar with the area, do we have some nice things planned to do, and she listened with interest to things we had to say. She even looked up on the computer/map for us where we needed to be and helped us with directions. From the start, Merel made us feel very welcome. The hotel is lovely, clean and fresh looking. There is ample parking within the grounds. Our room was bright, clean, spacious, comfortable and was overlooking the pond. The beds are lovely & comfortable There are tea making facilities in the room with good size cups - not those normal two mouthful cups that you normally get in hotel rooms (there was no need this time for me to bring my own big cups from home). The bathroom has a cosy, inviting atmosphere with a lovely big, walk-in shower Our stay was lovely and quiet. We didn’t experience any outside noise at all. The audible noise was from our neighbours who were constantly in & out of their room, also late in the evening and who kept letting their room door slam shut. They had absolutely no consideration for others. The hotel has a parking space for blue badge holders but unfortunately someone without a blue badge was parked in this space. I was able to park in the space next to it and they even put a ‘reserved’ sign up for me when l went out so that nobody else could take that space Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Plenty of variety and the kitchen staff were just as lovely as the reception staff. I am 64 and have traveled vast amounts in my lifetime. I have stayed in 100’s of hotels and l have to be totally honest with regards to customer courtesy and customer care, this hotel is definitely in my top two. I would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others. A very big thank you to you all for making our short stay a memorable time.

The hotel rooms needs serious renovations, the beds are too old & no longer comfortable, the TV's are too small & old. I was not happy with the breakfast, I feel that they can serve a better and warm breakfast rather than serving only cold meat breakfast & cold boiled eggs.

The hotel has everything you need as a business traveler! We stayed here for 4 nights while attending a travel fair near Utrecht train station. The rooms are very clean and bigger than they look in the photos. The breakfast was very good too! The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to offer all the advice we need about places to visit and restaurants to try while in Utrecht. A special thank you goes to Milana and Lucia for their very positive attitude and all the local advice they shared with us which made our stay very special! I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.
