  Very friendly staff, good restaurant, nice room. To location is a bit of walking - if you use public transport. As other said, expect to hear some aviation noise.

  We arrived early and the woman behind the desk was quite put off that we were early. I explained that it was no problem to wait as I knew we were early. Her attitude was quite rude. The next day when we checked out we booked the shuttle to the airport for 9:00 am as we needed to be there by 9:30 am. We were told the shuttle would be 20 minutes Iate. I explained that we needed to get to the airport by 9:30 and had booked the shuttle the day before. Again she was not very happy with us and said she would get someone else to take us to the airport. She made it like it was our fault. The road noise was very loud when trying to get some sleep.

  Very comfortable and cozy, clean, with air conditioning, and good service. We stayed there as a courtesy from KLM (since we had missed our connection flight due to a delay) and it was most pleasant, we'll located, calm neighbourhood, very beautiful, in the middle of the tulip plantation business (according to the taxi driver) a shame we weren't able to appreciate that since it was winter. Having the chance to visit Amsterdam again with a bit more time, we'd surely be happy to spend our vacation there. One down point, no frigobar.

  Booked for one night, qiute close to airport and good location close to local amenities, double bed was two mattresses that I don't like, didn't do breakfast, staff english was very limited water was not free.

  Came in for 2 nights the food in their restaurant is absolutely amazing staff has a smile and makes you feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. Close proximity to the airport & train station makes it easy. They also offer a shuttle bus for a small fee which is definitely cheaper than a taxi. Highly recommend
