The Intercity Hotel in Breda was absolutely just what I needed. I was there for one night after a stressful week and it was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, really well thought out, with a beautiful Bathroom, and all the facilities I could possibly need and the most helpful and kind staff ever. They really were amazing, especially Demi. And I was absolutely thrilled to be chosen as a guest of the day which gave me a complimentary drink which I absolutely needed. But even without that I would give it 5 stars.

Hotel is nice and modern. Parking is an issue. There is only a public parking garage next to the hotel. But this is €17 a day.

A very nice hotel walking distance from the city centre and located next to the train station (from which I had no noise at all by the way). Rooms are spacious, modern and bathroom is nice and clean.

Comfortable stay with good service, but a disappointing lost item experience My stay at IntercityHotel Breda was smooth and comfortable. The check-in process was easy, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The internet connection was strong, which was helpful during my stay. Although I only stayed for one night, I appreciated the overall quality and comfort. When we initially noticed a smell of cigarettes in one of the rooms of my colleagues, the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving my colleague to another room without any hassle. While I didn’t have breakfast, my overall experience with the hotel facilities was positive, and I would consider staying here again. I did encounter an issue with a forgotten item that left me feeling a bit unsettled. After checking out, I realised I had left my jacket in the wardrobe of the room. I contacted the hotel, and while they assured me they would check, they initially told me that neither housekeeping nor staff could find it, even after supposedly checking all the rooms. I was asked to follow up the next day, and again, I was told the jacket hadn’t been found. A day later, however, I received a call from the hotel saying they had located the jacket in the room. While I appreciated that they eventually found it and returned it to me, I was left wondering why it wasn’t discovered earlier, especially after they had told me all the rooms had been checked. This made me feel like my concerns weren’t fully taken seriously at first. I hope the hotel can improve their lost and found process in the future to avoid similar issues.

Everything is modern and well kept, except.... the walls are paper thin. You can hear the guests next door, even in a normal conversational voice.
