  Do not engage with this company. We booked two vans for a group and were thrown out before we even got in properly - for not understanding how the door worked. No help, no patience, just attitude. Both drivers were abrasive and seemed more interested in barking orders than actually providing a service. Absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers like that. Won’t be using them again.

  Extremely impolite call center, I asked for a taxi for a distance that was not enough for me and they just closed the phone on me screaming “we don’t have any taxi” Very disappointing experience

  Never in my life have I been shouted at by a Taxi driver over the phone. He was supposed to pick me up at “Wycker Grachtstraat 46“ After asking me twice whether it was “48” he called me earlier than expected, telling me that he was in front of Wycker Grachtstraat “48”. 48 is not far, so it was was a very pleasant surprise. Only that he wasn’t there. After telling him that I was not at 48, but 46 we still couldn’t see each other and he became louder every time he asked me where I was. Naturally, I was wondering wether I had maybe pronounced the street wrongly (I had asked a Dutch friend previously how to say the street name). I started to spell it out, asking him wether there maybe had been a miscommunication. At this point he was shouting at me. It was not threatening but very rude and something you don’t do to anyone. I am not someone who writes negative reviews because I believe that everyone can make mistakes, are stressed or have a bad day (that’s human). However, I have rarely encountered such unprofessional behaviour.

  Terrible service. I reserved a taxi and the next morning, when I was really depending on them to get to the train station so I could make it to the airport on time, nobody showed up. I waited a bit and called them again and the guy said one would arrive within 10-15 minutes. Then, like 2 minutes later, the guy calls me back and says I have to call another taxi company because the wait will be too long. He sounded like he was just sleeping because it was really early in the morning. If you can't drive someone, why not just tell them straight up instead of leaving them stranded when they may really depend on you? Terrible service. Save yourself some stress and call taxi blue.
