When requesting an invoice online, a photo did not come through properly. Went to the store on request to sort that out. No sooner said than done. Friendly help, unfortunately now 5 weeks and multiple telephone calls later and still no invoice because it 'got stuck somewhere in the process'. Whether we could cancel the application and request the whole shebang again. Yes, bye. Processes at SNS are clearly not in order.
