  Staff is rude and can be dangerously violent the moroccan guy called Omar was threatening me to throw me out of the shop just because i was asking if those braking pads considered expensive for a brake pad or not as that is the first time for me to buy a bike brake pads new to biking. I ended up buying the pads because that was the plan and i don’t allow such a person to change my mind.

  My bike had a flat tire and only the inner tube needed to be changed. When I picked it up, the bike rubbed against the frame so I had to go back. Then an employee tightened a few screws and it worked again. Since then my chain has been making strange noises that it had never made before. I was there again and they said it wasn't their fault.

  I had a flat tire, took it to this shop because it was the closest and they told me it would be ~12€ for a fix, or ~€20 if they needed to substitute the inner tube entirely. Sounded fair enough to me. I left the bike there, when I returned they told me that the tire was completely damaged and would have to replaced entirely which would cost €60. I wasn't willing to give so much money, so I asked for them to not repair it. Then when I went to pick the bike, behind the counter, the guy told me that someone slashed my bike with a knife on 3 different spots which is why it was completely impossible to fix and had to be replaced. He said he had already ordered the new tire, but if I didn't want to fix, that would be fine. I was completely shocked - who would slash my tire, that's not something that happens by accident, but also shocked because I rode for 10min until I realized I had a flat tire, so it sounded strange. I took my bike to a different shop that I knew would repair it for cheaper and they told me the tire did not have any knife marks whatsoever. I'm glad I didn't get it fixed at that place and I'm extremely unimpressed with their service.

  Had a pleasant experience renting a bike from an older gentleman but had a horrible time returning it. Staff who assisted me is some Eastern European sounding guy with a goatee. He asked for the contract to return the deposit in which I said I lost it and that he should just look at their records. Told him that if he's not gonna give the deposit then I will take the bike since there is no record of of it being theirs since there is no contract. Then the guy gave the deposit.

  The repair was quick but something else was damaged during the repair. Workers rudely denied responsibility. Don't recommend!
