  I’ve had several great experiences with Bike store Gadet. Over the past year, I brought in my children’s bikes twice for repairs and once my own, and each time the service was excellent. The staff are always kind, respectful, and take the time to help you properly. Because of their quality service, I decided to buy my daughter’s new bike from them and again, I received outstanding support throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer friendly bike shop!

  I'm on a long 2,300 km from Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin and Leipzig and I broke my bike chain 2km outside of Maastricht. I phoned Bikestore Gadet just before closing and they told me to show up 9 a.m. the next day and repairs would be completed. By 9:20 then next morning I was back on the bike path to continue my tour. I know they were busy but repairs were made right away which is very much appreciated. Thank you.

  Fantastic service and incredibly friendly staff! We were on a multi-day bike tour when our bottom bracket broke. They repaired the bike very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
