  I would recommend de Beente when buying a bike, especially the seller Raoul. He really took the time to explain everything to me about buying my bakfiets ,! He is super knowledgeable and tells you the truth about the product that you buy ! Thanks the beente ! I love my bakfiets !

  I’ve been bringing my bike here for years, and the service has always been great. They’re friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Last time, though, my repaired tire went flat within hours. Mistakes happen, and they fixed it right away when I came back. Still a solid shop!

  Last time I went here to fix my tyre I had a much better experience. There are certain people who work here that have attitude issues, especially to international students. I work in customer service myself, if i have frustrations i dont lash out on my customer. You have a shop in a neighborhood close to the Randwyck campus and plenty of student acommodations. Adapt. Otherwise professional looking shop and somewhat okay prices. But be prepared to be hit with an attitude

  My electric bike had a technical problem. I went to a place to have it repaired. They said there are several problems and they don't have time to repair it. But today I came here, although I can't speak Dutch and English very well, but a very kind and personable man named Mr. Robin, while I was waiting for him to tell me how many problems it has and it cannot be fixed today. He took my bike very quickly and repaired it in a few minutes and gave it to me. I would like to put all the stars in the sky here instead of five stars Thank you very much Robin
