The place is great! The guy working there is not, very very rude with such an attitude and bad behaviour. He should really learn how to talk to people and how to work professionally. Chill bro, you are no god and you are doing no favour to clients, it's the opposite :)

Every time I went there to fix my bike/buy parts the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. Gave me a lot of great tips about bikes too.

Very nice, clean, well maintained street leading to the main station.

When we came to visit Maastricht with my dear friend Telma, we had the excellent surprise to find this place. We could leave our beloved bikes safe, warm and dry for the night, for free ! The people there were amazingly kind and helpful. What a lovely time at Fietsenstalling Station Maastricht ❤️

I just had a really dramatic, horrible experience with the staff here. I got two ov bikes in a short time. The first one I didn't check carefully. I only realized the tyre was broken when I was on the road. So I brought it back to the place and got a different one. Because I cannot easily lower the seats, it took me a while to get a different one. When I passed the stuff, they first asked which language I spoke and then ask what happenend. I said the tyre of the first bike was broken. Then they become very angry, questioning me why I didn't tell them the bike was broken. They just judged me by calling me having a bad mentality. Throwing papers on the ground, as if I am littering on the street. For this, you can just tell me, if there's anything happens to the bike, please let us know. I will happily do that. I can take a bit responsibiliy for not telling them right away, please inform me in a respected manner. It was also my first time to encounter a troubled bike. It's fine to share the responsibility with the committee to keep the bike working better. Doesn't worker there should also check whether there's any broken bike and took it to a specific place? One thing to mention is that I didn't put the broken bike right next to the good ones. I singled it in the room to make it easily recognized. If they do their job properly, I wouldn't get a broken bike in the first place. I am willing to report issues next time. But staff there, please don't act as a 'god' judging people randomly, just do your job properly and professionally, using a respectful lens to see the people coming around.
