  What an amazing experience! Looking for a test ride on a Klever B-speed. Dave told me he had one to try out. He explained in detail how to set it up “, do’s and don’ts and really taken his time. The biggest surprise was him proposing to buy the bike elsewhere; because this would be more convenient for service purposes afterwards. Big thumbs up 👍, an example of how customer service could and should be.

  Rather bad experience Went into the shop three times, on different occasions and times. Each time I was totally ignored by two men working there. There was never a hello, no acknowledgement, just a blank stare at me. On two occasions there were other customers there who were being spoken to. Very very bad service.

  Saturday afternoon I dropped off my bike for a minor brake repair. Coincidentally, it was quiet in the shop and the owner of the shop repaired my bicycle on the spot, while I was allowed to watch. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, I received interesting and educational tips and very fast service because it was quiet. For this service and nice interaction, I like to drive from Heerlen to Maastricht. Toppppp!!!

  Bought a Tenways over a year ago. Excellent information before purchase, a great bike, excellent service if something goes wrong. In short: a very nice business.
