  Especially the location of the hotel is very good. Every place to visit is within walking distance. It is a good hotel in terms of price performance. Very clean rooms. However, there is no minibar in the rooms. If you have a food or medicine that needs to be cold, you need to give it to the reception. The breakfast is a little weak. The varieties need to be increased at this price. It is a hotel that weekend travellers, young groups or athlete groups can prefer. But if you are looking for more comfort and luxury, you need to choose another hotel. The room I was given had a large bed and a bunk bed. Another room type could be given for a room where one person would stay. It was raining when I arrived and I needed an umbrella. I bought an umbrella for 2 euros and brought it back when I finished my work. The rooms do not have a view.

  Fast process of check-in and out, easy use of everything, excelent location - walking distance from train station, close to all restaurants, basrs, universities... free coffe and tea all the time. Clean and confortble. Very nice staff.

  The staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. It's the first time I have ever been refused check-in because I arrived ten minutes before my husband whose name the reservation was under.

  Our stay at B&B Hotels Hasselt was fantastic! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep, and the spacious shower with endless hot water was pure luxury. The entire hotel was spotless, showcasing a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home in the warm and inviting atmosphere. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service in Hasselt!

  Great staff and great location. Two parking garages on the street behind the hotel is super convenient! Room is small but has everything we need for a short trip. Having our dog with us was €9/day but they gave us treats as well! Needed extra pillows and they got us those promptly. Rainfall shower head is always a great touch!!
