  Cafe review: Despite ordering a lunch/dinner item we were prevented from ordering any sides (bitterballen etc) or desert. The waitress rudely told us to read the menu again and left. Pretty awful, avoid.

  The best experience of my life. The food was spectacular, the hotel is luxurious in every detail, but what truly made the difference was the service. The staff makes you feel incredibly special and welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️❤️

  Horrible , completely racist and are passive aggressive towards people of color and their service is awful and I’ve noticed that they treat their staff of color terribly dont reccomend

  We stayed at the hotel , Waiters were nice and polite , with the check in we got a nice homecoming drink! I had the chicken pastry and my husband the fish&chips both were fantastic! Definitely coming back!
