  One of the best boutique hotels I've ever been to! A couple of friends gave us the room for my boyfriend's birthday. Such an amazing present! We stayed one night in the Arthur room. WONDERFUL! Super clean, spacious, extraordinary. If you're in Maastricht and have the chance to stay at this hotel, do it! Plus: Breakfast has options for coeliacs.

  I recently stayed at The Cousins Hotel in Maastricht and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel excels in several areas, starting with the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The service throughout my stay was attentive and friendly, making me feel well taken care of. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which is great for relaxation. However, there are a couple of downsides that future guests might want to consider. The room I stayed in was a bit on the dark side, which might be an issue if you prefer a brighter environment. Additionally, the windows in the room couldn't be opened, which could be a drawback for those who enjoy fresh air. There is no desk in case you need to do some work on your laptop (but they were able to provide me a small table) Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal was somewhat weak, which made it challenging to stay connected at times. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still had a positive experience at The Cousins Hotel and would recommend it, especially for those who prioritize comfort, service, and a peaceful environment.

  Very unique hotel, every room is special. Very quiet and extremely comfortable beds! Breakfast was fantastic. A bit pricey, but OK, it's basically in the middle of Maastricht. Definitely recommend.

  Wanted a base to explore Maastricht, so chose to stay here for three nights. It proved to be a really good choice! Service is excellent, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good and the location makes exploring the city on foot easy. I really liked the "industrial" look, with metal stairs and plain concrete walls visible. There are also small touches such as the three vinyl LPs and the record player in the room that just add to the overall feel of the place. Next time we pass through Maastricht we will be back.

  This hotel is owned and exploited by people who think perfect is not good enough. Two young entrepreneurs who take care of a fantastic experience. Claude François, famous French singer, once said: chaque détail compte (every detail matters) and this is overtly the adagium of the owners. The room is beautiful and stylish, shower and bathroom perfect, and all at walking distance from the city center. Breakfast is good and les croissants étaient parmi les meilleurs croissants qu’on a mangés aux Pays-Bas.
