  Location was great! Owner friendly Only upon entering the outside/sitting area was not at all inviting to sit there There was a construction fence with a tarpaulin in between as a fence (not visible in the photo) Upon arrival, the dining table was still dirty with signs of wear, which we cleaned first The windows were not clean, drip marks on kitchen cabinets from? Bath towels have a number of washed and washed-in stains At first glance the bedroom seemed clean, but when we saw a somewhat larger cake crumb on the frame at the headboard, we removed the fitted sheet (bed linen was clean) from the mattress and found several hairs and dust crumbs on the topper. The sanitary facilities were clean. It's a pity that when we reported these points upon departure, the really friendly owner kept insisting that it was clean, so we were put down a bit like junk. We also really believe that cleaning is done, but unfortunately not thoroughly. In short, it was certainly not what the photos (especially the exterior) promised us.   It is a converted farm and elements of it can still be seen. Nice. The room was neat and had good sanitary facilities. Two downsides are the missing lighting in the bathroom mirror and you can hear the noise from the other room and the dining area quite well. But because there are only two rooms, it's not that bad. It depends on who rents the other room. We think the breakfast is excellent and the owners are super friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

  Lovely quiet place, easy to get to the center by bus Nice and friendly owner. Recommended if you want peace and quiet and can also go to the city.

  Great location, beautiful open spaces with a nice vintage style. Friendly hospitable people. Beautiful outing in pleasant Maastricht, highly recommended!
