  The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty gross though. The eggs and bacon were both cold and slimy. We decided that even though we had paid for it already, it wasn’t worth the effort to go down for breakfast the second day.

  Great hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, the energy in the hotel was very cosy and warm. The location is close to the station and a perfect walking distance from the centre. The bathrooms are clean and modern, but the showers were incredibly difficult to turn on.

  I really enjoyed my stay in Hip Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel room was very clean, and funky! I loved the lights that change colour in the room, and also in the shower! The breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety, I really loved the dutch gingerbread, delicious! The room felt safe and secure, and the location was great, right near the station, and a short walk to all the interesting sights! I was very impressed by this hotel. If I come back to Maastricht, I would stay here for sure.

  Decent budget hotel. Quite good location just by the train station. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit pricy for what you get. Safe car parking for a competitive price, which is nice since finding a parking spot in Maastricht is not easy.

  Sadly, I forgot two expensive clothing items in the room after check out. Immediately called to ask if they could keep it for me - housekeeping said they “didn’t find anything”. Apparently their staff gets away with this without any consequences and the hotel management compensating to the guest. Would never, ever come here again.
