  A wonderful eating experience with awesome food. Be careful on the busy nights that the wait for your order might be longer than you would expect but the wait staff is attentive and friendly. The location is a very beautiful spot and we ate outside with the lovely square behind us in Maastricht. Had a fantastic Black IPA that was recommended by the owner with my meal and was an excellent pairing with our meal. Highly recommend

  Lovely menu. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Fast and very personal, friendly service. Good selection of beers and whiskeys. And general pours. Will definitely be back.

  Great place for meat lovers. The baby back ribs are very good, they have 2 types, the smokey one which are amezing with bbq sauce and are semi sweet. And the cherry one with are sweet and tasty. I highly recommend it and will defiantly return.

  During our visit to Maastricht, we had the pleasure of dining at Oak34, and it was an experience to remember. The outdoor dining space was fully occupied, but we were fortunate to find a spot, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for our meal. We were served by Elisabetta, whose service was impeccable from start to finish. She was prompt, friendly, and incredibly polite, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Elisabetta’s expertise and recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience, and she definitely deserves a 5-star rating for her outstanding service. We started our meal with glasses of white beer and white wine, which were the perfect refreshment on a warm day. For the main course, we ordered the salmon steak and pork ribs. The food was superbly tasty, with each dish cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and satisfying, living up to Oak34's reputation for high-quality cuisine. Given that we dined during busy hours, we noticed that the restaurant was bustling with activity. It's important to note that during peak times, you may need to be a bit patient while waiting for your food. The entire staff is working hard to deliver top-quality dishes, and it’s clear they are doing their best to ensure every guest has a great experience. Unfortunately, I overheard some guests being impolite to the staff, and I’ve read some reviews criticizing the wait time. In my opinion, this isn’t fair to the hardworking team at Oak34. Beyond the food, the overall atmosphere at Oak34 was warm and inviting. The entire staff were friendly and polite, adding to the overall positive experience. If you’re in Maastricht and looking for a place with excellent food, great service, and a cozy ambiance, Oak34 should be at the top of your list. Our visit was amazing, and we highly recommend it!
