I ordered a Taxi in advance at 4:30 in the morning, because I needed to catch a train. I confirmed the pick up, and then the Taxi never showed. After calling again it seemed nobody had noted it down. And nobody was available to come by. So, i missed my train. Such an oversight is particularly bad at night, when no other possibilities are available on short notice.
