I really liked this high-end department store. It was spacious, clean and well organised. I sat and had a coffee in the cafe, and the service was fast and friendly, with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great place to shop, with a wide range of products. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Maastricht.

Houses multiple items and brands under one roof i.e. chocolates, jewellery, sovineers, christmas decors, clothing and all. Big, beautiful and glam. You need good time to move around and choose from big variety.

Last night at 7:48 PM, I went to the perfume section and asked the saleswoman if she had the Black Safran perfume. Without hesitation, she said "no." I then pointed out that the brand was right behind her, but she insisted that they didn’t have it. In the end, I was the one who showed her the perfume… which was indeed right behind her! I still bought it, but it’s a shame that such a beautiful gallery has such unprofessional sales staff !
