  Very friendly and helpful staff. Ron was helping us to get contracts for the whole family and went above and beyond to get everything set up. I really appreciate that Ron called us back at the time he promised to... something that doesn't happen very often anymore. Thank you, Ron, for a 5 star service!

  Great and fast service, really friendly staff. Special thanks to Mandy for helping me set up the discount and eSIM! :) Update: Since T-Mobile turned into Odido, I am really disappointed with how the service became much worse. Long wait times, not enough people working, the ones working not genuinely trying to help you- I suddenly got a bill of 82€ this month even though I signed a 36€ contract... Also, in general, they removed month-per-month contracts, making you have to commit to them for a year. The second star remains for Mandy who was very friendly some years ago.
