  We had a terrible experience with the cashier, a woman with curly dark brown hair who worked at the cash register Saturday 14-9 around 17:15 in Maastricht. At the moment we wanted to pay for our product, she treated us totally differently than the person who was before us, in a negative way. When we walked out we didn't feel good about this purchase from a person who acted so negative and wanted to return the product. On return the person said she wanted to check my bag because she felt we might have stolen something. This is strange because I walked out with a purchased product and walked back in again and directly walked up to the cashier to return it. I let her know that I felt terrible she treated us this way. I didn't allow her to let her go through our bags. She accepted the return, but we still stuck with this feeling of mistreating us. All my family members felt this person checking us and let us feel misjudged. It could be that my wife and son looked Asian this could be the reason for treating us this way. I hope that the store manager will have a good talk with this person about this incident.

  They inform you of things you may not know before buying something, such as a crochet pattern not for begginers, finrline markers being gray, not black, making sure you buy what you need!

  Perfect place for fine markers and pens. Although my set of markers seemed to be old or dried out. The other ones are great. Prices for smaller format notebooks are just crazy. TL;DR Good hobby supplier, although some items are overpriced.

  Super unfriendly woman. On the door it's written that you can make your appointment there. We asked to do so, she asked if we needed something. Now, my Dutch does not go so far so I wasn't able to name what I needed. She said then that we needed an appointment (which we were trying to make) and that liever niet komen tot woensdag. They could as well have stayed closed instead of paying such an employee. (I work in the retail as well, I would have never replied like that to a customer).
