  Very well organised second hand store that gives many people with distance to the labor market a change to work. Also the place is non-profit and the prices are quite low. The selection is very big and there is a large selection of furniture. During Christmas they have a selection that is focused for Christmas. Upstairs there is a large selection of clothes, books and music. Also they have a selection of games and puzzles for kids. The selection of books is wonderful. I highly recommend this place!

  Overpriced and usually fair and lower quality products. Probably because it is one of the biggest in Leiden and well-known thoughout the city so good items aren't in the shop for long. Like many thriftstores they have normal volunteers but it also is a workexperience spot for unemployed people. The difference with other thriftstores is that quite a few workexperience people simply do not want to be there. That combined with the people looking there for items to resell online or in their own 2nd hand for profit-store makes it the least interesting thiftstore around. It would be nice if stores like this start refusing obvious resellers. After all, thriftstores are here mostly for people that can not affort new things. I do not like to come here so it has been a while, maybe i'll come here in a short while to see if anything has changed.

  Nice place, it would be even nicer if they put a mirror in the dressing room! Now you have to check yourself in front of all the other customers by the outside mirror.. 🙈 There's a good, bare wall inside the dressing room, waiting for a mirror! 🙏 Edit: They've added mirrors! Good job, Warenhuis 😊👌 1 extra star 🌟

  My in store experience was amazing. The staff were all super friendly. 5 stars for the amazing service. However, I've rated 3 stars because the of the delivery service. Atrocious to say the least. First I get a call from them, and they're not even there, eventually they arrive about 20 minutes later. They literally threw the furniture to the ground and one of the articles I bought were damaged. Really disappointed. On top of that they dumped my furniture by the pavement and drove off leaving me to sort it all out by myself. I'm not impressed because as I type this message I'm writhing in pain as I pulled my back muscle trying to get the furniture indoors.

  Great prices on books and clothing, both always in great condition. Ground floor items can be a bit pricier, but still contains great deals! It's a huge place, and very clean. Have shopped here many times over the last couple years, and my only complaint would be a (quite) rude staff member on multiple occasions. These experiences discourage me from visiting again. A shame, since it's a great kringloop!
