  I went by the bank at 3:17pm and they telling me bank close when them have up 4:00pm on them website on Google😒 and on them door

  Regarding ATM here — not good! Waited outside in line here for 20+ minutes, then two different USA debit cards could not withdraw cash. Walked to a different ATM a few minutes later, no line, and cards worked right away! Not sure if problem was temporary or permanent, but let’s conclude it’s working inconsistently and the line is too long. Now the people waiting in line, they were totally nice, lots of good conversation, mostly around why is that dude in front of us taking so long, is he applying for a mortgage on an ATM or ? No animosity intended, but this bank’s ATM was a bad experience.

  Worst Bank for Customer to teller services, average waiting time in line is 1hr to 1.5 hrs. with only an average of 2 tellers. on the other hand the online services are very convenient which is a plus.

  Always short of staff with some surly ones in the bunch which generally spoils it for the rest but when you do get someone competent they go above and beyond to ensure decent service. Offers currency exchange, accounts, fixed deposits etc.
