  I was very disappointed with the condition of the room during my stay. The cleanliness and overall maintenance did not meet even basic expectations. When I raised concerns, I was offered a replacement mattress, but unfortunately, it was stained and torn, which was completely unacceptable. While I appreciate the attempt to address the issue, the solution fell far short of what any guest should experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of their accommodations moving forward. I ended up asking for a refund and I found a better accommodation a few minutes away!

  Dear who ever read this! I had a wonderful stay at Frangipani - slept well, good food, close to beaches and accomodating staff... and just a friendly advice to people still think they are in Europe... lower your shoulders and take in the friendly people around you and enjoy!   The coconut shrimp with pineapple sauce.... probably the best starter we've ever had!! Absolutely delicious! Cocktails pretty perfect too!!

  In short, don't stay here if you want to get any sleep or value service in any way. The hotel has/operates a bar on premise that stays open very late and blasts music, making it impossible for anyone at the "hotel" to sleep until they finally turn off the music (we're talking well after midnight). If you see Google saying the bar "closes" at 10pm, that's not accurate, it stays open much later. I have no idea how this hotel has very many guests given this, basically everyone has to stay up until the bar shuts down/the DJ gets tired, it's literally at the hotel. I feel like the hotel was a complete scam, and have never seen a setup like this before, there's zero sound insulation. Service otherwise was not great, they didn't seem happy to have me check-in, and ghosted me at the front desk for ten minutes with no explanation, then suddenly came back to check me in.

  This historic hotel is right on the waterfront. Walking distance to the ferry and main town. The Thursday night BBQ and Steel Band jump are legendary. It's an awesome hotel and the Bar is a legendary watering hole.
