  Had a wonderful stay at the Grenadine House. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The view from the hotel was beautiful. The restaurant made a delicious vegan off-menu meal for us in order to accommodate our dietary preferences.

  The pictures look good but the reality is different. The place smells bad, the pool area is neglected and old (you’re on your own to find dry cushions), and breakfast will take 30 minutes (if it arrives at all). Reception staff seems to be absent most of the time and when you ring the bell someone might shout at you from the restaurant (and the cab that you asked for might not arrive at all). Worst of all was the mattress and pillows. If the room wasn’t 200 USD a night I wouldn’t have written this review but at this price tag I expect some value and service. Sorry and thank you.

  Only went for lunch. Food is ok. It took me almost an hr to wait for a burger. Ordered a mocktail mojito,13mins later i got margarita. Then i sent it back and the staff return trying to tell me it was margarita i ordered. Well i dont drink alcohol in the first place,so why would i order margarita?? That tone of hers was abit annoying tho. I had to wait for another 30 mins or more to be served with my mojito. And my mojito was not a mojito. It was cold soda water and 3 pcs of mint leaves.HORIBBLE! No effort at all!

  Airline put us up after cancelling flight. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, beautiful views. The food was nice however the continental breakfast was lacking along with the hot water for shower.
