  We got this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a lovely time. We wanted something peaceful and remote and this hotel offered exactly that. All of the staff we met were lovely and friendly… shuttle driver Glenroy was the most friendly but we did have more interaction with him than the others. Very approachable if you had questions as well and helped us whenever we needed anything. Continental breakfast was definitely worth mentioning and the bread tasted like homemade bread which made it 10 times better! Food in general at the hotel was delicious and plentiful! None of the meals disappointed us.

The staff and management at Spring Hotel are working hard to achieve your overall happiness and satisfaction with service during your stay. Incredible value!   Beautiful spot, most of employees were very nice, especially one of the shuttle drivers (I believe he might've been the owner and former professional basketball star), he was incredibly nice and helpful. However, they double-charged me on accident due to me booking through my credit card company and have yet to refund me. It's been over a year of back and forth with the hotel trying to get a refund and I was eventually ghosted.

  Perfect for Business Travelers: Comfortable Stay and Efficient Support This hotel was a fantastic choice for my recent business trip. The training room was well-equipped and comfortable, providing an ideal environment for our meetings. The meals were consistently well-prepared and delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. I especially want to recognize the hotel's driver, who expertly navigated us between the scenic but sometimes challenging terrain. His skill and attentiveness made our transportation throughout the trip seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent experience that was both productive and comfortable.   The spring hotel is a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful scenery and calm environment. However, the staff is very disrespectful this is mainly directed to the kitchen staff. While staying at the hotel me and my family were treated badly by the kitchen crew. On Thursday morning when we went to eat breakfast the kitchen staff were being rude, while we were sat at our table we can hear the chef in the kitchen making comments like what “we don’t wanna hear her talk” and insinuating she was going to spit in our food. Me and my family were taken back by their behavior and the comments that were made because we were polite to the staff we greeted them every morning with a good morning and we always said thank you.
