This restaurant, a bit off the main buzzing area, offers an exclusive menu based on the chef's feeling and the available products from the market. This translated into a delicious lunch with simple but homemade truffle croquettes and chorizo bites then followed by raw tuna on a crispy rice bar and a roasted peaches on stracciatella cheese. We added last minute a homemade brioche to complement the dishes. Finally, we went all in with the poached peaches on white vanilla chocolate. A-ma-zing!

Beautiful new restaurant in the trendy area of Eindhoven. We where lucky to get a last minute spot to eat. The menu was small but something for everyone. I had the duck and the crispy risotto. The flavours where strong but delicious so nice to taste something new. As a small improvement point I think they should reduce the carbs if favour of protein. But we will be back for sure.

I lovely small and modern eatery. With personally service and good quality products. The menu isn't big and there is no decernable theme, some nordic dishes but also chorizo croquette for example.

Refreshingly good restaurant in Eindhoven. Relaxed atmosphere with excellent and shareable food. All courses are worth it and our favorite was the duck. Very friendly staff that seems to be very busy all the time, but delivers nevertheless. Clean toilets, no parking.

The creative, fresh, delicious foods and wonderful staff made this one of my favorite random meals in Europe! I love when ingredients are thoughtfully and artfully put together in combinations and preparations I've never tried before, NOVA delivered.
