  I almost don't want to post this review because this is such a hidden gem in Houten. Easily as good as places like the Watertoren in Utrecht (if not better, even!) Incredible food, great wine pairings and suggestions (don't forget to ask for the green book), and, as others have mentioned, the staff, particularly the owners, are passionate, experienced and very welcoming. Thoughtful touches like the aperitif menu (both drinks and snacks), the incredible bread and butter, and classic cocktails to finish (props for bringing back the Brandy Alexander) make this a memorable and complete dining experience

  Fine cuisine. Great hospitable service. Caters for all... My Girlfriend is a vegetarian and she loved. It was great to chat with the local owner who was serving us. You can tell that he was passionate about the region and the food.

  Wonderful, both kitchen (surprise menu) and the servers. The outdoor seating was pleasant on a summer day and it was nice that the staff kept bring water between our drinks.
