  Certainly bad communication and very bad inexperienced employees that when you have a question they have no answer or say you will be called back which almost never happens lately or say we are working on it and before you get a message it is 6 to 8 weeks later with we still need some documentation and then you are another 6 to 8 weeks further and so half a year to a year, when they no longer know the answer then you get a letter that says we are terminating your child benefit and then the worst thing is the kgb is also terminated. Really very bad bureaucracy, did you also know that SVB is not a government institution but a private insurance bank that works for the government, now 7 months later.. after objection and waiting for an answer, called several times always the same story, we do our best but it is so busy etc etc with the question send this on send that on, but wait for the end date and then they will probably have to answer the day before they have to send a letter, we still need some information. Bureaucratic Dutch law again with 90 days time that they have and so it goes on... shame that the government allows this, shame that they have the ability to fool people and especially families who need finances!!! Shame on SVB
