  You can simply and safely leave your bicycle here and continue your journey on the tram, metro, bus or metro. Or you can leave it safely here and enjoy a walk in Rotterdam city and shops. But be careful to not leave the bicycle for more than two weeks, if you do that, your bicycle will be taken from the place and will not be returned to you unless you pay a fine os 50 euro or 20 euro, you can check the house rules in one of the attached photos

  Brilliant secure parking with plenty of spaces. However we had an issue on exiting because our UK debit card (MasterCard) was not accepted as only Maestro is accepted. We don't have Maestro in the UK anymore. We tried our credit card and that wouldn't work either. The staff told us they can't accept cash..so we had a bit of a situation where were unable to pay! Not sure what the solution is for UK travellers unfortunately

  Tried to leave our bikes in the paid secure bike park but were not allowed as they don’t accept cash or foreign cards (essentially the paid area is just for the locals). We were told by a staff member to leave our bike in the bike park, we came back two hours later to check on our bikes and a wheel had already been stolen from one of the bikes. When we went back to the paid bike park staff to tell them they told us they weren’t surprised as about 50 bikes get stolen from the free bike park each day. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKE IN THE FREE BIKE PARK
