Terrible experience. Bought an Urban Arrow, was delivered with a scratch and with no accessories. The bike had the accessories included when purchased, but when we call the shop they just continue to make excuses not to deliver them. Blaming the warehouse or other employees. It’s been three weeks and I continue to have useless calls with the employees at the shop. If you are planning to buy a bike go somewhere else.

Friendly employees. However, the battery carrier broke after about 2.5 years, for no apparent reason. I was under the impression that this would be covered by the warranty because when I purchased the bicycle I was told that I had a 5-year warranty if I had annual maintenance done (which I have always done properly), after the repair I was told that the costs (over 200 euros) were for myself that the 5 years only covers the motor and battery, other parts only have a two-year warranty. I was not told this when I bought the bike, so that is very disappointing.
