The staff needs better coordination. 4 different waiters came to our table and no one got our order right. Customers were coming in an hour after us and got to eat before us. They would bring food to our table and come back and get it. Besides all that the food was amazing! Salads were unique and meats were cooked to perfection! If Frank ever finds how to manage his staff as well as his food this place will be a 5 ⭐️

Food is really nice, proper comfort food. Nothing really fancy but used products are of very high quality and very well prepared! Full of flavour and great looking. Ribs are out of this world! Also worth mentioning is the exceptional service. Friendly, quick and well organised. Also knowledgeable so picking a dish or a nice drink is a breeze. Don't forget the home made chocolates at the end 👌

I was here with my husband for Mother’s Day 2019. Having been to many Michelin starred places since I have to say this one is my favorite. Not only was the food and wine delicious and inventive, it was also really fun. We were there for over four hours , never a dull moment. Also the bartender was great.

Absolutely amazing food!! This "little brother" of the 2* FG restaurant neighbouring it definitely earns its own spot. The more experimental dishes such as the in gin marinated salmon are really special. Paired with some excellent wines, the 7 courses we had were all designed and made to perfection. Two of the courses were desserts which was maybe a bit too much, but that may be personal preference. The staff was super friendly, and although they were super professional and polite there was a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Sitting at "chef's table" with a beautiful view into the kitchen was also a unique experience. It was amazing to see with how much care they composed all the dishes. In conclusion definitely worth the visit for some special occasions!

Solid to exceptional food, but prices are very very steep, so keep that in mind. Highlights were the blue fin tuna ceviche, pork belly and the beef tenderloin. Razor clams and the zucchini parmesan were solid. The chicken fat potatoes were just ok. As for the interior, the tables are very close to each other, so you're basically sitting back to back to the people behind you. I would've enjoyed more personal space, especially at this price point. The "hands on" concept is very interesting but not for me. You can basically walk up to the wine section and taste all the wines and pick and pour the ones you like. Desserts have a similar concept. They are hanging across the bar for display. You can walk up to it and choose. I think it's a good thing to show beforehand to the customer what they are exactly getting. Make sure you add them to your bill afterwards (yes, you have to do that yourself through a QR code). The downside is that there are people continuously walking about while you're eating. Some of the younger staff need more training. They are just frantically walking up and down doing their own thing, completely ignoring customers. The chef personally came to the table to bring the bill, which is a nice touch. After paying, we mentioned there was still a considerable amount of sand in some of the razor clams we had. He instantly defended himself, but thanked us for the feedback and stomped off. Take that how you will. All in all, I'd say it's an interesting experience, but from a value perspective, once is enough for me.
