  Don't use this service. We called a day a in advance and booked them. They charged us upfront, showed up an hour late and refused to apologize. Instead of accepting responsibility, they simply chose to shift the blame and refuse a refund or as much as a simply apologize. This company seems hell bent on providing minimal service with the least regard for customer's experience. 0-5 will not use again.

  Reserved two taxis for net year's. Received confirmation and two phone numbers of the drivers. None showed up. One of the numbers did not pick up and the other said he was not even working that night. Almost ruined our new years eve since everyone else was booked.

  Do not reserve them for trips to the airport. We ordered the day before, waited 30min for them. Even when we called them 10min early they were not honest in their estimated arrival time.

  Our flight landed Schiphol instead of Rotterdam airport because was after 23:00 PM . We arrived at the Rotterdam airport by bus 01:00 am from Schiphol, and the driver "Sayid"was there waiting for us. Thanks
